Human Resources Manager of the biggest bakery in Jerusalem is in trouble. He is separated from his wife, distanced from his daughter and stuck in a job he hates. One of his employees, a foreign worker, is killed in a suicide bombing and no-one claims her body. The bakery is accused of indifference and negligence and the Human Resources Manager is given the job of making amends. He sets out on a complicated journey from the streets of Jerusalem to Rumania’s frozen roads at the head of a strange group comprising the dead woman’s rebellious son, a journalist, a very peculiar consul, an old driver and a coffin. New film from the director of Lemon Tree (2008).
