Amnesty International produces this exhibition of photographs denouncing the devastating effects caused by the Shell Oil Company in the Niger Delta and their terrible consequences on the population and environment in this part of Africa. The enormous extent of the pollution, poor practices and lack of action by the oil companies, serious Government negligence and the activities of armed groups are leading to a growing and increasingly widespread crisis in the Niger Delta.
